⒈请确认您的电脑时间是否正确，在我们的客户端打开的时候如果您的电脑时间不正确，我们的客户端也会弹窗提醒您时间是否正确。\
如果时间不正确，请在您电脑右下角右键时间-选择调整日期和时间-同步时钟处选择一个同步服务器进行时间同步，如果不行。

2.请确认是否开启了其他同类软件，如v2客户端，游戏加速器等，请关闭再尝试使用我们的客户端。

3.请确认电脑是否开启了360安全软件，如果是，请按以下操作将我们的客户端安装目录添加信任。 \
①打开360安全卫士，使用360安全卫士的《木马查杀》功能，\
②点击木马查杀界面左下角的《信任区》选项，\
③添加信任页面请点击信任区界面右下角的《添加目录》，\
④在添加目录界面选择我们客户端的目录文件《确定》即可。\
⑤安装目录可以右键我们客户端的桌面图标属性查看。

4.请确认您的浏览器是否安装代理类插件，您使用无痕或者其他浏览器打开尝试，或者卸载您的浏览器插件。
